Demi Moore to divorce Ashton Kutcher

Demi Moore has announced she is divorcing Ashton Kutcher, following months of speculation that he had been unfaithful.In a cryptic statement, the Indecent Proposal actress said: "It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life.
"This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation."
The unravelling of the chaotic marriage between Moore, 49, and 33-year-old Kutcher had played out in the tabloids and on Twitter and yesterday the Two and a Half Men actor took to the social networking site to tell his eight million followers of his sadness.
"I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi," Kutcher tweeted. "Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail."The couple would often communicate on Twitter, broadcasting their relationship for the world to see. In 2009 Kutcher tweeted a picture of Moore bending over in a bikini as she steamed his suit, earning him an online reprimand from his wife.
